This year, as many are planning an unusual holiday due to the coronavirus pandemic, we invite you to gather online with us and our international vaidyagrama community for some delicious, healthy inspiration.

In this fun 2-part series, you will…

  • Prepare traditional and contemporary dishes applying the wisdom of Ayurveda as we cook together in real time!
  • Learn to make kitchari, a delicious and nutrient-rich bean and rice dish, and how to customize the recipe to meet your wishes
  • Discover the effect of medicinal culinary spices including the powerhouses Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric and Hing
  • Enjoy the live company of our dynamic international community drawn together by our love of Ayurveda and vaidyagrama

Class 1 menu: Kitchari, Cilantro Lime Chutney, Ayurveda Chai

Class 2 menu: Squash Apple Bake, Carrot Halwa, Golden Milk “Eggnog”

We’ll send the ingredient list in advance so you can shop for what you need – then we’ll gather around the kitchen and cook together! You’ll discover why certain spices and ingredients are healthful in this season, all while sipping something steamy from your favorite mug.
